If you are unsatisfied with your ordered items (e.g. damaged or faulty products/ wrong item delivered), you can get a replacement or exchange of items if the following requirements are met:
- Issue is raised within 7 days of receipt
- Return item is the same condition as received with original tags on
- Approval is done by our team
How to return
Please raise your issue by contacting us on info@buddysports.co.nz. In terms of delivery, you will need to cover the delivery cost of return (it is recommended to use tracked service to avoid potential delivery problems). Once the item is inspected and approved, we will offer you a replacement or exchange of other items with delivery cost covered.
